As clinical director, her main focus is on cultivating an environment of safety and competence.  Dr. Ranger’s diverse training and experience make her uniquely well-suited to fostering a climate of learning and teaching among the clinical staff.  And because our agency focuses on the treatment of populations that have traditionally been marginalized when it comes to mental health treatment, safety is one of our top priorities.
